1. The Generator (Thunderstorms)

Approximately 1,000 to 2,000 thunderstorms are active around the globe at any given moment. These storms are the key energy generators spinning the earth 1000 mph on its imaginary axis and in rotating in two other directions at the same time as a unit in the solar system and as a unit in the solar system unit of the galaxy this solar system is generated in : 

• Charge Separation: Charge separation is the ion causing what are described as Violent air movements called updrafts and downdrafts and shears as The Water is organized by itself in the creation and destruction ions of Water that is autoprotolysis the automatic process of Hydrogen breaking apart from its self only to reconnect with another part of itself generating at the higher levels defined by longer radius from earth center ice the only form which H2O can form itself as at this distance which reaches a point of resistance and falls resulting in collisions between ice crystals in to directions where one is ice and the other form a soft hail a plasmic form of The Water called graupel formed of ionized aka charged plasmic water molecules where magnetic Octagonal double square offset at an angle organization is able to attach electrons to the hexagonal  crystal structure they form when joined by weak and ever changing Hydrogen bonds generating the outside surface that defines the inside of the the clouds as physically separate electrical charge collections. 
• Lighter, positively charged ice crystals are generated as Hydrogen bonds with Oxygen at the radius where gasses have formed from the constantly changing cloud of loosely available electrons distributed in the same motion by the sun and carried to the top of the cloud, along the magnetic arcs circling the electron collection into organization generating current through the movement and the incessant activity of Hydrogen bonding and unbonding releasing and consuming the same amount of energy with each change until one side becomes larger than the other and is then balanced out with the same equation that causes the imbalance with itself at all levels as the flow of electrons to the sun from the other parts of the solar system and from the sun to the rest of this solar system are constant and are constantly changing in density due to the one process of autoprotolysis being the motion generator of the universe generating heavier, negatively charged graupel which is attracted to the pool of loosely negative charges that are densest at the surface of The Water Covered Earth which is releasing as much water from its surface as returns to the surface each 24000 mile trip at 1000 mph the surface completes along with the atmosphere that keeps everything screwed down to the surface except for The Water which at the surface of The Water covered earth moves to the middle of a constant ly changing set of notes in three directions  and generates what appears as The bottom of The cloud where water generation is highest and electrons accumulated by the appearance of attraction of likes only to be unveiled as the collection of the one by the containment of the other the two sides of the electric magnetic line / arc real relationship that all ships float on no matter what the theoretical imaginary matter count is in a water filled world. 
• Charge Pumping: This magnetic organization administered under arcs of hydro motive linear directed bond formation/destruction:addition/removal driven [ion is at ion] of The magneto electric containment process generates the large potential differences within the potential defined and charge containing system,  then labeled 'storm system' which at this moment is as all moments are, known by the path of least resistance seeking way with a center that can be named: The Water as The Electric seeking way that both ideas have in common as alternative versions of themself  as one visible through the arcs of organization achieved in the spiral shape of magnetic motion organization as the matter forming matter from motion.
•  The energy recently released from H2O formation now moves  to the becoming center made possible at the separating of points creating the radius to support A the form forming spherical charge collecting  surfaces to be closed in the process of balancing the isolated and always temporarily contained accumulated charged loads while simultaneously ending the separation that defined the old charge density and defined the load type by closing the two phase circuit where the positive spiraling center arcs positive concentrating charge from less dense more conductive cloud tops up into the even less dense at a longer radius from the positive center of The Earth and so even more conductive upper concentric layers of atmosphere where electrons spun out in arcs by the sun and the other suns around which we revolve move through the cold hydrogen bond loose lattice as the very lattice itself two sides of the same coin which have many names and many claimed effects that are causes and causes that are effects as one does not happen and is not possible without the participation ion of the other which is the same at a different angle  all depending for its current form on density determined by distance from some spherical  object with a positive circular circulating charge body holding the whole thing together in every case as the case of cases is, particularly in the natural spherical sense which is the only sense that makes sense and in this case called the  ionosphere and then the electrosphere.

More or less containment is the definition of density when a balanced ion of any ionic kind is one where the positive charges and the negative charges are equal in number and equal in distribution allowing for the equal separation and equal joining potentials that Hydrogen Nitrogen Carbon and Oxygen all have to gain or lose an electron Generating the release of energy returned to the containment at the containment

pressure which is always a function of the organization of the contents of any container along with then the changes taking place in the containment which often is glass and silicon acting actively as the contained and the container.

• Negative Return: As the upper boundary of any cloud is defined as more positive so attracting electrons and less dense so loosely magnetically organized [As the center of the earth is also more positively attractive and more dense so more densely magnetically organized following the idea that protons are the magnetic organizers that are the positive charge in the atomic system] and so negatively charged at the surface where solid or liquid become gaseous or airborne and atmosphere borne and so depending on the geometric arrangement being either even and evenly distributed in sets of two and sets of sets of two or odd and so neutral in sum while the arrangement causes the non charged object to have less than one unit of charged attraction at the planck level of levels resulting in the reality where negatively charged loosely arranged electrons/protons organizations define at some level all of the many differently named some sort of ion with Hydrogen or a piece of Hydrogen hanging off on edge somewhere in the equal martix which has many different nodes all of which look for other ways of being organized after distancing themselves from denser H2O collections such as oceans and rivers and are sought and seek  positively charged attraction in the opposite direction near the end of the radius from center where the atmosphere as a function of proton/electron density disappears ~ the lower boundary of  the now water filled clouds as Hydrogen and oxygen are brought together under pressure creating H2O and an alternating current that must be defined as negatively charged with high electron concentration attempting to move in straight line form and direction from the energy released at the H2O formation ion and must be attracted by any positive  arc collecting charge  contained  below the surface of the surface by the negative and loosely bound defined surface of The Water covered Earth up to about 16 mile radius and specifically up to 4 miles above the surface  a ~4000 mile radius from the center where Cloud-to-ground lightning strokes primarily transfer negative charge in the form of newly generated loosely organized drops of water and residual electric current released from the cloud base through circuits visible in the electric current conducting and so magnetically constraining circulating motion the ion of  Air connecting itself to the Earth's surface by making bonds while bonds at the surface break and on and on into the night and the positive core of the 1000 mile per hour revolving earth balancing the loads that had been generated effectively "grounding" the negative terminal of the "battery floating magnetically in the sky" by closing the circuit which runs from the core of the sun over 96,000,000 miles of hexagonally organized disorganization at a distance  where a 432,000 mile radius spins out radiant lines of magnetically organized raw hydrogen organized as electrons on the run being spun in the same sphere that is here divided by the earthly plane of  this vertically consistently consistent and horizontally consistently changing solar system with not a lot between the sun and us until a hole representing a circle with a 4000 mile radius cuts a diameter 8000 miles wide into the surface of the sphere that  at ths length from the center of the sun represents ths of around 60 hundredths of 1,600,000,000,000 square miles of surface area expressed by the obvious influence of the concentrated rays of the sun on one point as the same pale blue dot cuts the stream of electrons that were recently ripped off the surface of the sun revolving in three directions around itself in a 584,000,000 mile arc at the radius the earth sphere carrying us travels in more or less along a flat plane at a 24 more or less degree tilt which defines the motion and the notion of time by changing the shadows cast  and the night light lines visible by 1/24th s evenly at each 15th of a degree continuously with a center the plane earth can be found floating along rotating around on and on and on

2. The Capacitor (Earth and Ionosphere)

The Earth's surface and the lower edge of the ionosphere act as the two "spheres" of a  spherical two phase capacitor. The Water filled lower atmosphere is attached to the surface of the Water covered earth the E and the TH with Air acting as a capacitor when not being a resistor between  the E and the TH. 

• The generator action results in the ionosphere being charged to a positive potential relative to the Earth's surface as the constant flow of Hydrogen parts from the sun are constantly organized into part this and part that while continuing to be Hydrogen parts and act as Hydrogen is known to act by parting itself into its two parts and parting ways before becoming attached to something similar made of the same parts in need of balancing to some perfect square where there is no net charge and there is always a contained set of charges offsetting each other ready to move on to a new new thing at the hint of a breeze caused by parts rearranging the room after the last party ended so that the next one can begin the potential is endless given the lack of garbage left lying around when the festivities have ended.
• This potential difference often and not always called the voltage as the maximum amount of contained and controlled motion any one container can contain in motion is constantly monitored and constantly maintained in balance by H2O acting as a magnet when not flowing as a current being and becoming the mediator of all action here in the water drop we call earth the ear of th which hears all sounds sees all color and knows what they mean as it is them and runs at approximately 400,000 volts the high end of high power transmission line processing power level over twisted copper wire cable, through the air...
• If all thunderstorms were to suddenly stop, this voltage would decay within just 5-15 minutes as the earth ground to a halt and then started falling out of place ....
• 3. The Discharge (Fair Weather Current)
  The potential difference of 400,000 volts of constant flowing omnipresent current  causes steady electric current to flow continuously through the entire atmosphere everywhere outside of the active storms as the "fair weather" regions where hydrogen levels are balanced according to the hydrogen monitor that monitors hydrogen here. 
  • How it flows: Autoprotolysis actively engaged in by Hydrogen Oxygen Nitrogen and Carbon constantly bond and unbond releasing and consuming energy in different forms as proton centric magnetic organization in form or as electron spheric boundary creators defining stability in pairs at levels regulated by proton count and so organizational reach as each proton has the same authority and each electron has the same energy and  together the two create  unbalanced ions as charged particles OH- with negative charges  not often enough called the electron ion and 2H3O+ not often enough called the proton ion carrying positive charges in the circular ways charged air, circulates, making THE AIR conductive as the lattice of hexagonal water molecules communicating with itself in the way radio waves appear to transmit something as the mechanism of transmission and be the transmission at the same time. 
  • This lattice of H2O ion based autoprotolysis generated conductivity in the air provides a path for current flow along all nodes held together by H2O as Water and then remain in communicable states as oxygen and hyrogen bond with other structures and retain the nodal properties of organization that they posess as molecules in gasses and liquids and as any form called matter or energy universally at the atomic level. 
  • Matter is the definition of the content of a collection of Hydrogen parts that has more or less structure than H2O which is the basis of weight and so matter with 1000 cubic ideas of water representing length is the idea of 1000 cubic grams of water representing volume at the one and only one density that liquid water likes to exist at in the one and only place liquid water is found here on the surface of the pale blue drop some sometimes call the earth.
  • The circuit completion: Current flows downward from the top edge of the circular atmosphere where recently released protons freed from below as re newed gaseous 2H3O+ rise up generating the positively charged ionosphere as 2H3O+ ions find OH- electrons in the constant circle with the 4000 mile radius that the radiant electron rich rays of recently ripped off the block Hydrogen called the sun frequent re joining re releasing energy re forming H2O and return in G back to the negatively charged Earth's surface, completing  in G the circuit loop at some right angle somewhere.
  • In essence, thunderstorms are localized, charging mechanisms that reverse the natural discharge of H2O the constant leakage of water from the surface of earth  into the atmosphere, a process known to require constant electric current to remain flowing is offset by the reverse process where Hydrogen and Oxygen are brought together uder pressure and H2O is produced in D  along with charge accumulation generated from the generation of the ions as the constant and consistent motion of this the life cycle of H2O as water in all of the states and stages that water as H2O lives with keep on keeping the Earth's global electric system in a continuous state of high electrical function which is the ion of stabilization given certain known boundaries which Lord Kelvin will tell you about until he is blue in the face and then some 

Conclusion 

The earth and its atmosphere is not charge neutral. 

The surface is negatively charged

 and 

all ionospheres are electrically charged 

with alternate positive and negative polarity. 

Again, the spacing of the ion-shells go on expanding outwardly in geometric progression. The nature of spacing of ionospheric shells and the placement of planets in solar system appear to have a fair similarity. This global pattern of charge field structure needs integrated study to promote our understanding of atmospheric science.
