needed to cook up the different qualities of gold and copper and iron ingots displayed on the table

 Absolutely zero mention of any work done at Giza as a functioning mining operation which operated for decades as did the trail of these processing plants left in a line Along the Nile for 1000 years before Giza was a dream  in the

offices of the 2000 year old smelting operation that the current operator was running 5000

years before now. 

The dreamer being someone in a 3000 year long family business

Run by one big family with a lot of relatives 

In a society with no banks and no money only barter and taxes paid

 by what the citizen has produced not what the producer has saved 

by overproducing useless product for the King

aka the C.E.O of the largest public/private

Enterprise in the history of humanity being written day by day now as it was then.
